Looking after your mental health in uncertain times #

As a date has been set for Western Australia to open up to interstate travel, this will bring relief and happiness to many people in WA as families and friends become reunited. However, some people might be worried that interstate travel increases the chances of COVID entering WA.

It is natural to feel anxious, scared or frustrated when we feel like we don’t have control over a situation. However, there are things we can do to manage how we are feeling about it.
