Description:

Tuning in to Teens is a FREE 4-session program for parents and caregivers of preteens and teens. Learn how to help your teen develop emotional intelligence and build stronger connections within your family.

You will learn how to:

• Communicate with your teen more effectively
• Help your teen develop coping skills and resilience
• Emotion coach your teen through difficult emotions
• Understand why your teen behaves the way they do

Please Note:
Availability to attend all sessions is required.
Light lunch provided (bookings essential).
