Notice of Annual General Meeting of Mindful Margaret River Inc

Place: Shire of Augusta Margaret River, Mainbreak Meeting Room, 41 Walcliffe Road, Margaret River.
Mindful Margaret River welcomes community members interested in our activities to attend. Only members are allowed to vote.
If interested, you can make an EOI for membership at any time following this link. Please note, membership needs Board approval before you are able to become a voting member.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to find out about the operations and finances of MMR and to ask questions about them. Members can also speak about any item.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- Accept the minutes of the last AGM
- Accept the annual report
- Accept the financial statement
- Accept an amendment to the Constitution so the terms of Board members is staggered
- Elect board members
